1. Order Processing & Shipping Costs

We handle every order with care and efficiency.

  • Processing Time:
    Please allow 2–5 business days for order review and preparation before shipment. During high-demand periods (holidays or special promotions), processing may take up to 6 business days.

  • Shipping Fee:
    A flat fee of $6.99 applies to all orders, regardless of location.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on your location and fulfillment center. Please note, these are estimates:

  • United States: 8 – 14 business days

  • Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 10 – 16 business days

  • Other International Locations: 14 – 21 business days

Please be aware that busy seasons or customs processing may slightly delay shipping times.


3. Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • Important:
    Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to activate. A delay in updates doesn’t mean your order is lost; it’s on its way.


4. International Shipping & Customs

Orders shipped outside your home country are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • Network Furnishings, Inc is not responsible for customs delays

  • Fees for small items are generally minimal, but vary by country


5. Changes or Cancellations

We prioritize fast processing, so once an order is in progress, it can’t be modified or canceled. If you need to make changes, please contact service@norevinab.com within 12 hours of purchase.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is important to us:

  • Damaged Items:
    If your package arrives damaged, please send a photo within 72 hours of delivery, and we’ll provide a free replacement.

  • Lost Packages:
    If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
